**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**: Manage and maintain social media profiles on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
- **Content Creation & Scheduling**: Assist in creating, curating, and scheduling content that is aligned with the brand’s voice and goals. This includes text, images, videos, and infographics.
- **Engagement**: Monitor social media conversations, respond to comments and messages in a timely and engaging manner, and interact with followers to build a positive community.
- **Campaign Support**: Supports the planning and execution of social media campaigns to drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
- **Analytics**: Track and report on the performance of social media activities. Analyze data to determine the effectiveness of strategies and suggest improvements.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Keep up-to-date with social media trends, tools, best practices, and competitor activities to ensure our content remains relevant and impactful.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure social media activities align with overall marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing (internships or freelance work are also valued).
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Creativity and an eye for design, with basic knowledge of tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop being a plus.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for social media, trends, and online engagement.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
- Experience in using analytics tools to track social media performance (Google Analytics, Social Media Insights, etc.).
