Key Responsibilities:
- **Outbound Calls**: Making cold calls to potential customers and introducing them to the company's products or services.
- **Inbound Calls**: Handling incoming calls from customers, addressing their queries, and providing assistance.
- **Sales Target**: Achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall sales goals of the company.
- **Customer Relationships**: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- **Product Knowledge**: Keeping up-to-date with product information and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
- **Follow-up**: Following up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not make a purchase.
