**Salary Range: ₹15,000 per month**

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services.
- Communicate fluently in Kannada and English to explain product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Answer customer queries and provide solutions in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and update customer details in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and ensure timely callbacks to interested customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Provide feedback to the supervisor regarding customer insights and areas for improvement.
- Handle customer complaints, escalate issues when necessary, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service.
- **Languages**: Fluency in odiya and English communication is required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and deal with different types of customers.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and maintaining detailed call logs.
- Strong persuasion skills with a focus on customer engagement.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in a similar telecalling or telesales role.
- Experience in handling customer complaints and queries over the phone.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

**Work Hours: Monday to Friday - 9:30am to 6:30pm**

**Saturday - 9:30am to 4:00pm**

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
