**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Dishwashing and Kitchen Cleanliness**:

- Wash and sanitize all dishes, utensils, glassware, and cooking equipment using dishwashers or by hand.
- Ensure all kitchen and dining equipment is cleaned thoroughly after every use and stored properly in designated areas.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing area, keeping it organized and free from debris.
- Scrub and clean kitchen floors, walls, and countertops, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized to health and safety standards.
- **Equipment and Utensil Maintenance**:

- Assist with maintaining kitchen utensils, tools, and equipment by ensuring they are cleaned and stored properly after each use.
- Check the condition of kitchen equipment regularly, reporting any damages or malfunctioning items to management.
- Ensure that all kitchenware is organized and readily available for the chefs and kitchen staff.
- **Waste Management**:

- Ensure proper disposal of trash, recycling, and food waste in accordance with the restaurant’s waste management policies.
- Clean and sanitize trash bins and recycling containers regularly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring trash and waste are promptly removed from all areas of the kitchen and dining room.
- **Support to Kitchen and Service Staff**:

- Assist kitchen staff with food preparation and assembly when necessary, ensuring that all necessary utensils and equipment are available for chefs.
- Provide timely and efficient assistance to the front-of-house team, ensuring that clean plates, glassware, and utensils are available for service.
- Refill condiments, sauces, and other supplies as required.
- **Sanitation and Health & Safety Compliance**:

- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure the kitchen and dining areas remain safe and sanitary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of walk-in refrigerators, storage areas, and food preparation areas.
- Ensure all cleaning chemicals are used according to manufacturer instructions and safety protocols.
- **Inventory Assistance**:

- Help with inventory checks by organizing and restocking cleaning supplies and kitchenware.
- Report shortages or damage to kitchen supplies and equipment to the supervisor.
- **Assistance in Setup and Breakdown**:

- Assist in setting up and breaking down the kitchen and dining areas before and after shifts, ensuring proper setup for daily operations.
- Assist in setting up the restaurant for special events, ensuring all necessary items are in place and available.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
