As a Customer Relationship Manager, the job will be to work from the office, talk to our customers on the phone and help them with their questions or concerns.

Job Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain profitable relationships with key customers
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently
- Keep customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales
- Understand key customer individual needs and address these
- Follow up for Orders through the predefined Order to Delivery systems

Key Skills:

- Graduate required
- Should be soft-spoken
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Hindi/English)
- Maintain a positive attitude focused with customer satisfaction

**Job Type**:Full-time

**Salary**:₹ 12,000- ₹ 14,000 per month

**Ability to commute/relocate**:Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:Minimum 1 years of work experience as a Customer Relationship Manager (required)
