**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic **Telecaller (Inbound)** to join our team at our SR Nagar location. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and providing top-notch service. The role offers an excellent opportunity to grow your communication and customer service skills in a professional environment. In addition to a competitive salary, **incentives** will be provided based on performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information, resolve customer issues, and answer inquiries about products/services.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's offerings to guide customers effectively.
- Update customer information in the system and ensure data accuracy.
- Resolve customer concerns and follow up as needed.
- Adhere to company policies and maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills in Telugu ,English and Hindi (knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus).
- Previous experience in inbound call handling or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use customer management systems.
- Positive attitude, with the ability to handle challenging customer situations with patience.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high performance.
