Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support management decision-making.
- Perform general ledger reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
- Assist with the preparation of tax returns, including corporate income tax, goods and services tax (GST), and other applicable taxes.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather financial information and provide support during audits.
- Participate in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
- Assist in the analysis of financial data and preparation of management reports, highlighting key trends and insights.
- Conduct research on accounting standards and industry best practices to stay updated on relevant developments.
- Support the senior management team in ad-hoc financial projects and assignments.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Enrolled in the Chartered Accountancy (CA) program and passed the CA IPCC (Intermediate) examinations.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide valuable insights.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in working with numbers.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
