As a highly skilled finance professional, you will be part of a dynamic team that specializes in providing strategic consulting services to businesses across various sectors.

The ideal candidate will possess strong accountancy knowledge and proficiency in tax and corporate laws. They should also have excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as working knowledge of MS-Office applications.

Key responsibilities will include preparation of management reports, finalization of accounts, computation of income tax liability, and preparation and filing of income tax returns. Additionally, the successful candidate will conduct research for mergers and acquisitions projects, prepare secretarial records, and assist with ROC filings.

  • Preparation of management reports
  • Finalisation of accounts and preparation of financial statements
  • Computation of income tax liability and preparation and filing of income tax returns
  • Computation of TDS liability and preparation and filing of TDS returns
  • GST registrations, computation of liability, and filing GST returns
  • Conducting research for M&A and fund-raise projects
  • Preparation of secretarial records and assistance in ROC filings

Qualifications: CA intermediate both group pass or candidates who have completed their articleship for 3-6 months and seeking transfer can apply. The stipend is INR 12,000 for the first year and INR 15,000 for the second year.
