Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive finance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will execute day-to-day accounting functions, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance across direct and indirect taxes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily accounting operations including journal entries, ledger maintenance, bank reconciliations, accounts receivable, accounts payable, vendor payments, and customer invoicing.
  • Ensure statutory compliance and timely filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns, reconciliations), TDS payments, returns (Form 26Q, 27Q), and certificate issuance, income tax provisions, advance tax, and other applicable financial compliances.
  • Assist in preparation of monthly MIS reports, audit schedules, and statutory audit support, cash flow statements, and financial analysis as required.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and regulatory purposes.
  • Coordinate with external consultants on compliance and filing matters.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor of Commerce degree is mandatory.
  • CA Intermediate or semi-qualified CA experience is preferred.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in accounting and tax compliance is required.
Required Skills:
  • Technical Skills: sound knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and basic financial controls, hands-on experience with Tally ERP, strong problem-solving mindset, proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Soft Skills: high attention to detail and accuracy, effective communication and teamwork, working understanding of GST, TDS & Income Tax rules, ability to manage timelines and multitask.
