Collection Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and handle a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely collections of outstanding payments.
- Review and analyze account histories to identify payment trends, credit risks, and potential red flags.
- Negotiate payment terms and settlement arrangements in accordance with company policies and client guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Accounting) to resolve billing issues and customer disputes.
- Prepare regular reports on collections progress and account status for management.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in collections, ideally in a B2B setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with cultural awareness and sensitivity.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of international payment methods and practices is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving targets.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP or CRM software.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
