## Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. As a Human Resources Executive for GeM Master Consultancy, you will handle HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and training tailored to our consultancy work. The role requires a proactive individual capable of managing the specific HR needs of a division focused on government-related consultancy services. You will also coordinate onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives to ensure a positive and productive environment.

Job Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

## Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Manage recruitment for consultancy roles, from posting job ads to screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Onboarding & Training: Oversee a comprehensive onboarding process, including specific training on GeM-related services and consultancy policies, ensuring new hires are well-prepared for client-facing roles.
- Employee Relations: Act as the HR contact for employee queries, manage grievances, and promote a positive work environment aligned with our client-focused consultancy.
- HR Operations & Compliance:* Implement and monitor HR policies to meet industry standards and ensure compliance with regulations relevant to consulting and government services.
- Performance Management: Facilitate performance appraisals, provide feedback, and support employee development in roles tailored to consultancy and government client services.
- Payroll & Benefits Management: Support payroll, benefits administration, and expense management in line with industry norms.
- Data Management & Reporting: Maintain HR records, generate reports, and analyze HR data to support effective decision-making within the consultancy framework.
- Compliance & GeM-Specific Training: Ensure that employees are trained and compliant with policies and procedures related to GeM services, aligning HR practices with consultancy needs.

## Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 0-2 years in HR, ideally with exposure to consulting or client services.
- Skills:

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HR operations, employee relations, and recruitment.
- Analytical skills to interpret HR data and support consultancy goals.
- Familiarity with government portals like GeM is an advantage.
