**About the Role**:
Balaji Infrastructure is hiring a Site Supervisor - Manpower & Admin to oversee workforce management and administrative operations at our Anantapur project site. This role involves supervising deployed manpower, ensuring smooth site operations, handling attendance, and coordinating with both workers and management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manpower Supervision: Oversee and manage the deployed workforce, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Attendance & Reporting: Maintain attendance records, shift schedules, and daily work reports.
- Worker Coordination: Address worker concerns, resolve issues, and maintain discipline on-site.
- Admin & Compliance Support: Assist in documentation, payroll inputs, and compliance with labor regulations.
- Safety & Work Conditions: Ensure workers follow safety guidelines and maintain proper work conditions.
- Client Coordination: Communicate with company management and clients regarding
- manpower needs and operational updates.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- Education: ITI / Diploma / Graduate (any field)
- Experience: 2-5 years in site supervision, manpower handling, or admin-related roles
- Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

**Other Requirements**:

- Proficiency in basic computer operations (MS Excel, Word)
- Ability to manage a large workforce efficiently
- Willingness to work in a site-based role with field responsibilities

**Salary & Benefits**:

- In-Hand Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹19,000 per month
- CTC: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month
