Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shift Supervisor, located in Dhule. The Shift Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage production schedules, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and coordinate with other departments. Responsibilities include monitoring staff performance, addressing operational issues, and reporting to higher management. The Shift Supervisor will also lead team meetings, provide training, and implement process improvements.
