Experience - 3 to 7 years exp.

Good knowledge of English
- communication & Writing As well as command on Excel
- Preparation of delivery challans as per note duly authorized, Checking Of Delivery Challans With Notes Submitted By Dispatch Section

- Preparation of invoice in tally with consultation of account department
- Acknowledgement on delivery challan & on lorry copies.
- Follow-up for acknowledgement with site supervisor/Customer etc
- Maintaining transport Excel file.
- Maintaining of party wise excel file
- Co-Coordinating with the transporter for obtaining earlier months bills.
- Co
- ordination with departments like dispatch, Stores, Sites etcof invoice in tally with consultation of account department
