**Key Responsibilities**:
**Influencer Research & Identification**:

- Assist in identifying potential influencers across various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) that align with our brand and target audience.
- Conduct research on influencer demographics, engagement rates, and past collaborations.

**Campaign Support**:

- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of influencer marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with influencers for content creation, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Track and compile content from influencers for approval and posting.

**Relationship Building**:

- Help in maintaining and building relationships with influencers and content creators.
- Assist in outreach and communication with influencers regarding collaborations, deadlines, and deliverables.

**Content Review & Analysis**:

- Review and provide feedback on influencer content to ensure it meets brand standards.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including engagement rates, reach, and ROI.
- Prepare reports on campaign success and provide insights for future campaigns.

**Trend Monitoring**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in influencer marketing, social media, and digital marketing.
- Provide regular updates to the team on emerging platforms, trends, and influencer opportunities.

**Administrative Support**:

- Assist with administrative tasks, including maintaining influencer databases, organizing files, and processing payments.
- Support the marketing team with additional tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Strong interest in influencer marketing and social media.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and analytics tools is a plus.
- Creative thinking and a passion for staying ahead of social media trends.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
