**UK Client Business Support Executive**
As a Client Business Support cum Administrator, you will be responsible for handling various processes based on client requirements, ensuring accurate documentation, collaborating with teams, and supporting day-to-day activities. If you have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work within deadlines, we encourage you to apply.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Account Management**:_
- Maintain and update client databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Support Client in his pre and post sales activities.
- Handle client onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Track and manage client documentation, contracts, and agreements.
- **Communication and Correspondence**:_
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide necessary support.
- **Administrative Support**:_
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as requested by clients.
- Assist with client invoicing, billing, and payment processing.
- Provide general administrative assistance, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
- Implement and maintain efficient office processes and procedures to enhance productivity and streamline operations.
- **Data Management**:_
- Maintain and organize client data, files, and records, ensuring confidentiality and data security.
- Prepare accurate documentation with zero errors and collaborate with various teams to share prepared documents and reports for day-to-day activities.
- Follow client deadlines and complete tasks daily.
- Generate reports and analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with clients to gather and update necessary information.
- **Relationship Building**:_
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
- Proactively address client concerns, resolve issues, and escalate matters when necessary.
- Provide personalized and exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- **Confidentiality and Compliance**:_
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
- Safeguard client data and information, adhering to data protection and privacy guidelines.
**Skills Required/ Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven work experience as an Administrator or in a similar role. A fresher can also apply.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work within deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to propose process improvements.
- Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to adapt to changing client requirements and work collaboratively with teams.
**Salary**: ₹20,834.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
