**Job Opportunity: Admission Executive**
**Location**: Kollam, Kerala

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Managing Student Inquiries**

**Application Processing**
- Track essential documents, such as academic transcripts and test scores.

**Admission Support**
- Guide applicants and their families throughout the admission journey.
- Offer personalized support and respond to queries to ensure a seamless experience.

**Event Planning and Participation**
- Organize and take part in admission-related events like campus tours, open houses, and information sessions.
- Represent the institution at education fairs and external recruitment events.

**Data and Documentation Management**
- Maintain accurate records of applicants and admission statuses using CRM systems.
- Prepare reports to assess admission trends and progress toward enrollment goals.

**Policy and Compliance**
- Ensure admissions procedures align with institutional guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Stay updated on changes in education policies and adapt processes accordingly.

**Team Collaboration and Strategic Input**
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement recruitment strategies.
- Liaise with academic departments to resolve applicant-specific concerns.

**Ongoing Improvement**
- Collect and evaluate feedback from applicants and new students to enhance the admissions experience.

**Qualifications and Requirements**

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in admissions, student counseling, or customer service is preferred.

**Skills**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
