**Job Description**:
Saanzz Digital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Backend Calling Executive at Invisible Grill and Mosquito Net and Bird Nets and Bird Spikes Devaaj Enterprises, your primary responsibility will be to handle backend calling operations for the company. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote and sell the company's products, including invisible grills, mosquito nets, bird nets, and bird spikes.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote and sell the company's products. Provide product information, answer customer inquiries, and address their concerns or issues effectively.

Maintain a customer database and update it with relevant information obtained during the calls.

Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and achieve company goals. Generate leads and identify potential customers through research and market analysis. Assist in maintaining accurate sales records and reports.

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all customer interactions.

Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a smooth customer experience.

**Requirements**:
Graduate or equivalent; additional qualifications in marketing.

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.

Basic computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer objections.

A positive attitude, resilience, and a customer-centric mindset.

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Travel requirement:

- Up to 100% travel
