Job Location - Mumbai (Jogeshwari, E)

- Industry - Service centers, electronics goods, consumer durable service centers, electronic goods customer service, customer support etc.
- Salary - Rs. 15000-20000 per month fixed
- Requirement - ASAP

Responsibilties
- Complaint registration with brand customer care and follow up from start to end for proper closure of the claim case
- Co-ordination with customers and service centres for appointments, repairs estimates, complaints resolution and follow up with service centres for GST/IGST invoices
- Co-ordination with customers and local electricians for fan installation and air cooler demo appointments, negotiations with local electricians and co-ordination for their payments.
- Timely status update of each opened / In process / closed claim case on excel/google sheet where ever required.
- To prepare certificates using Admin and B2B Panels as per sales data received from different sources like voucher activation details, excel file, Google sheet etc. and to download certificates from Admin panel and share it with respective sellers.
- To arrange pickups (Reverse + Forward) from sellers, customers, clients in co-ordination with logistics partners
- To handle backend operations, data management, data analysis as per Organisation’s requirements
- To handle Widecare’ call centre operations - To receive all incoming calls on support number -
+91-XXXXXXXXXX and Symphony customer care number - 8448444190. Outgoing calls to customers using number 9738035035 (In case of customer care executive’s absence)
- To keep track of missed calls and voice mails on My Operator’s panel (WideCare + Symphony) and co-ordinate with those customers and calling back the missed call customers

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Flexible shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jogeshwari, Mumbai - 400060, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
