Architecture or Engineering graduate (mechanical /electrical) with strong interest in the design of environmentally sustainable structures to work on different green building projects for rating systems such as LEED. IGBC and GRIHA. The work requires an individual with exceptional software and creative skills for producing technical reports and presentations. The position is for our offices in Noida (Delhi NCR).

**Key Skills & Responsibilities**:

- Perform energy modelling using software such as eQUEST, Design Builder, etc. and prepare detailed technical reports from results for GRIHA, LEED and IGBC projects using ASHRAE 90.1 Appendix G and ECBC guidelines.
- Perform daylight and electric lighting simulations using software such as DIalux, Design Builder, etc. as required and prepare detailed technical reports and market analysis of products for installation and / or recommendations.
- Perform thermal comfort simulations for non-air-conditioned and air-conditioned buildings as well as simulate outdoor thermal comfort conditions using technical software
- Perform acoustics calculations and recommend solutions through technical report writing and market analysis of products for installation and / or recommendations.
- Conduct presentations (both virtual and in-person) on indoor environment and building science topics.
- Program design, including identification, analysis and selection of appropriate energy efficiency measures and development of effective delivery strategies
- Excellent knowledge of Indian and International codes and standards such as ECBC, ASHRAE, NBC, etc.
- Excellent understanding of daylight, heat transfer, window systems, various energy efficiency measures (EEMs)
- Detailed knowledge of MEP systems and technologies including all terminologies
- Completes green building documentation on projects
- Performs green building credit calculations using standard templates of LEED/GRIHA
- Working knowledge of best practices and latest research for high-performance building and design

**Education & Experience**:

- M.Tech / M.Arch / B.Arch / B.Tech graduate with requisite skills
- Bachelor’s /Master’s degree (preferred)
- Industry certifications (such as GRIHA CP, IGBC AP, LEED AP), professional affiliations, and publications are preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience working with or in the building industry and experience explaining green building and healthy home design, construction and retrofit concepts to consumers.
- Ability to understand and explain building science concepts that contribute to healthy buildings to industry professionals.
