**About the Role**

We are looking for a talented Financial Modeller to support the delivery of numerous projects in WSP Advisory Middle East team, specifically the Development Advisory team that sits within the Strategic Planning service line.

Supporting a team of WSP professionals, you will be required to manage the day-day delivery of our services, ensuring these are provided on time, to the required quality and within the allocated budget.

Our clients develop major aviation, highway, rail, energy, real estate, and water infrastructure Projects. We are seeking to appoint a Financial Modeller who can effectively support a diverse team whilst interfacing across the business in the delivery of projects and initiatives.

**Core Functions**
- Building dynamic financial models from scratch utilizing international standards and best practice.
- Building dynamic dashboards from scratch utilizing international standards and best practice.
- Should have experience building financial models related to real estate development.
- Should have experience building financial models related to infrastructure development focussed around PPP and project finance commercial structures.
- S/he must be very proficient in EXCEL.

**About You**

**We would love to hear from you if you have**:

- Experience of 5-10 years
- An appropriate degree qualification or training in a relevant discipline
- Membership of a Professional Institution
- Ability to interrogate, question and challenge information
- Ability to coordinate the submission of accurate reports to predetermined deadlines
- Understanding of project management, project controls and procedures normally associated with a major integrated infrastructure project
- Previous experience of commercial contract/ project management
- Experience managing internal teams and interfacing with client organisations
- S/he should know how to work in Financial Models (build models)/Feasibility studies/Use of Macros.
- S/he should have experience in modelling for PPP/Project Finance/Development Experience.
