With 50,000 employees in nearly 30 countries, the Group generated revenue of €5.1 billion in 2022. - **The world is how we shape it.** > Develop and maintain the AS-IS data architecture, this includes identifying obsolete data entities and create and own plans for decommissioning these. > Develop and maintain CRUD Matrix (Create, Read, Update and Delete). > Develop and maintain the TO-BE domain-focused data architecture and roadmap to enable the project to achieve strategic goals. > Develop and create conceptual, contextual, logical, and physical data models to support the use of data. > Document the data architecture/model using data catalogues etc. > Document data flows that can help understand how data flows through the system and facilitate impact analysis when implementing change. > Provide guidance on the development of data standards, guidelines, processes, data structures and architectures for data modelling and design. > Aid in the development of Business Service/Information diagrams detailing key data entities required by the main business services. > Aid efforts to improve business performance through enterprise information solutions and capabilities, such as master data management (MDM) for Product, metadata management and data integration. > Look at the dependency between programs and other initiatives and support the Enterprise Data Architect to build those dependency model. > Design of data governance and compliance requirements to manage the governance aspects of data entities throughout its lifecycle. Total Experience Expected: 08-10 years **Qualifications**: > Strong RDMSs (relational database management systems) skills, especially Microsoft SQL Server > Experience documenting data architecture/models using documentation tools like Erwin, SQL Doc or similar > Knowledge of both waterfall and agile methodologies is preferred > Visionary leader and good team player > Has good understanding of the software delivery life cycle. > Strong communication skills, and is effective and diligent in negotiating with stakeholders at all levels > Experience of working with business resources > Can cut through complexity and enable quality decision making > Recognizes limitations and requests support to resolve issues that go beyond current capability > Has a start-up mentality, challenges the status quo, spots opportunities and the importance of continuous improvement > Ability to foster an environment of creativity > Knowledgeable about the business domain **Additional Information**: At our organization, we are committed to fighting against all forms of discrimination.
