**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a proactive and persuasive **Telecaller** to join our business development team. This role involves generating new leads, maintaining client relationships, and identifying opportunities for partnerships through vendor networks. You’ll play a key role in driving the company’s growth by sourcing new business opportunities and enhancing our client and vendor database.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote IT services and identify business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Research and identify potential new clients and vendor companies using online tools, directories, and networking platforms.
- Collect, organize, and maintain up-to-date databases of prospective clients and vendor partners.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and technical teams to schedule meetings, product demos, or follow-ups.
- Keep records of calls and leads, and update CRM tools regularly.
- Assist in the execution of sales and marketing campaigns to support business development efforts.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to calls, leads, and appointments.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, lead generation, or a similar role (preferably in the IT or tech industry).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (or regional language as required).
- Ability to research and gather contact information from various online/offline sources.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a persuasive and confident personality.
- Basic knowledge of IT services and solutions is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, and online databases/platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field; preference for business or marketing background.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
