Import Export Executive

As an Operations Executive at Tempcon Express Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the operational processes within our temperature-controlled logistics division. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless coordination between various stakeholders, and maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
**1. Customer Coordination & Communication**
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external customers regarding quotations, shipment status, and operational queries.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication.

**2. Shipment Processing & Coordination**
- Handle the entire shipment booking process — from request to final delivery — coordinating with clients, shippers, receiving branches, agents, and partners.
- Ensure smooth pickup and delivery by collaborating with all parties involved.

**3. Shipment Tracking & Monitoring**
- Conduct end-to-end shipment tracking and ensure seamless coordination with transporters, agents, service providers, custom house agents (CHAs), airlines, and customers.
- Identify and resolve potential shipment delays or issues in a timely manner.

**4. Customer Updates & Reporting**
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.

**5. Compliance & Internal Support**
- Process shipments in accordance with **Tempcon Express**’s established procedures and quality standards.
- Assist cross-functional departments including Warehouse Operations, Transport, Business Development, Quality Control (QC), and Accounts to ensure efficient shipment handling.
- Complete assigned tasks within deadlines and adhere to ongoing training requirements.

**6. Vendor & Subcontractor Management**
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with sub-contractors, handling facilities, and overseas offices.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication with internal departments and stakeholders.
- Maintain and organize operational records in compliance with company procedures.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate **domestic, international, and import shipments**.
- Prepare and maintain **Management Information Systems (MIS)** reports for all import and export shipments.
- Regularly update **milestones and shipment status** in the internal system (Tempex).

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Graduate or equivalent; specialization in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in logistics operations, customer service, or supply chain management.
- Knowledge of domestic and international logistics processes.
- Familiarity with customs clearance, freight forwarding, and documentation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
