**Job Title **- Assistant Vice President, Business Management

**Role Description**

The Institutional Client Group (ICG) at Deutsche Bank provides Sales and Advisory solutions to institutional clients such as Banks, Insurance companies, Hedge Funds, etc

The Business Management team at DB Centre, Mumbai works in close coordination with the ICG teams globally. The team is responsible for formulating & driving business plans and strategy, governance policies, relationship management, analytics across business streams such as financials, performance, risk, client coverage, human capital, etc. & having oversight over infrastructure and service providers. This function is an integral part for managing the ICG business in Investment Banking - Fixed Income & Currencies at Deutsche Bank

**Your key responsibilities**
- Analytical support for COO and BM Community in order to plan and implement strategy for the business
- Preparation of Senior management MI spanning across revenue, cost and headcount.
- Help in managing ICG APAC Legal pipeline and prioritisation
- Provide support in managing Org Chart for the business
- Presentations for senior management on business performance for decision-making
- Assist in management/ governance of headcount. This involves reporting, budgeting and forecasting headcount as well as implementing DB people related initiatives.
- Support strategic business plans, management initiatives, forums, and presentations
- Extensive support on expense analysis and cost reduction initiatives
- Assist in coordinating activities and extensive analytical support during strategic planning process and other IB Management deliverables
- Collation and provision of information for internal and external presentations as required by Senior Management
- Work on projects to migrate recurring MI to Tableau

**Your skills and experience**
- Strong financial analysis and management reporting experience, preferably a qualified accountant with 3-5 years post qualification experience in financial services industry
- Strong computer skills, particularly in dealing with high volume of data, management of databases and Excel. Advanced exposure to Word and PowerPoint is required.
- Very strong analytical skill and ability to think laterally
- Experience in project management, who is highly organized and extremely accurate
- Strong interpersonal and excellent verbal and written communication skills

**Your qualification**
- CA/MBA in Finance from a premier institution with relevant experience
