Job Description of Brand Coordinator, Bangalore

1. Issue Purchase Orders to the manufacturer upon approval and ensure there is a record of

evidence of acceptance.

2. Ensure the scope of work is defined in the contract and anything outside the scope should be

approved through variation order.

3. Coordinate with the Manufacturer to ensure timely production and readiness of the order for

pickup.

4. Prepare all the export and import documents for Niarish Organic World LLP, Mumbai and

Caitanya Trading LLC, UAE.

5. Ensure all the statutory clearances including Test Reports, and EIA/EIC clearances are available.

6. Collect all the documents from #2 and #3 and send them to the freight forwarder for pre
- approval checks.

7. Coordinate with the freight forwarder to get the quotation for each consignment for approval.

8. Once the rates are approved coordinate with the freight forwarder to book the cargo and

organise the collection of the cargo.

9. Printing shipment labels from Amazon Seller Central and coordinating with the manufacturer to

affix as necessary on the cartoons.

10. Get the visuals of the ready shipment and part ready shipment on a regular basis from the

manufacturers.

11. Gather and upload full documents set including pictures all the way through for each

consignment on Share Point for archiving including the proof of delivery at the destination

12. Manage the Amazon Seller Central i.e., monitor the health of the listing, keep a track of the

inventory through Zoho CRM, download all the reviews on daily basis, update FAQ as applicable

for the listings, manage customer reviews, ask for the feedbacks/reviews from customers within

the Amazon guidelines, request google reviews, monitor competition, and recommend SWOT

analysis on each competition by researching them, monitor the company’s website.

13. Acknowledge and accept customer orders through alternative sales channel (what’s app to begin

with). Manage the what’s app number for India and Dubai which will be used to accept orders

apart from Amazon UAE.

14. Complete and confirm the payment and then what’s app the invoice to the customer

15. Coordinate with local delivery contact to ensure that shipment is picked up and delivered to the

customer.

16. Input Customer Data in Zoho CRM.

17. Bank Reconciliation for both UAE and India daily. Load the reconciliation on the SharePoint.

18. Expand customer data base and send what’s app marketing materials at least once a month.

19. Report Inventory level for different locations daily.

20. Load everyday sales invoices on the SharePoint.

21. Load Purchase Invoices on the SharePoint.
