**Job Summary**:
As a Growth Associate - Revenue Generation, you will drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and executing field sales strategies. This role requires a hunter mindset, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build relationships with educational institutions through in-person visits.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Revenue Generation & Sales**
- Identify, prospect, and close deals with schools, colleges, universities, and corporate training partners.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Develop pricing strategies, proposals, and contracts tailored to institutional needs.

**2. Field Sales & Client Visits**
- Conduct 50%-70% field visits to meet educators, administrators, and decision-makers.
- Deliver product demos, presentations, and workshops onsite to showcase value.
- Map key stakeholders (principals, district heads, procurement teams) and build long-term relationships.

**3. Market Expansion**
- Research and penetrate new geographic markets or verticals (K-12, higher ed, vocational training).
- Attend education conferences, expos, and networking events to generate leads.

**4. Collaboration & Strategy**
- Provide feedback to product teams based on customer needs and competitive insights.
- Track KPIs (conversion rates, pipeline value, CAC) using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Experience: 0-3 years in B2B/B2C sales/business development, preferably in EdTech or education services.
- Field Expertise: Proven success in field sales with client-facing visits (education sector a plus).

**Skills**:

- Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering (MBA a plus).
- Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within [region/country].
