**Responsibilities**:
1. **Client Acquisition**:

- Identify potential clients and build a strong network through cold calling, referrals, and social media platforms.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective buyers, brokers, and investors.

2. **Sales and Marketing**:

- Present and promote real estate plots to potential buyers through site visits, presentations, and detailed explanations.
- Highlight the unique selling points (USPs) of the property, such as location advantages, amenities, and future growth potential.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and customer needs.

3. **Lead Generation and Follow-Up**:

- Handle incoming inquiries from marketing campaigns and convert leads into successful sales.
- Maintain a consistent follow-up process to engage potential buyers and close deals.

4. **Site Visits and Documentation**:

- Arrange and accompany clients for site visits to showcase plots.
- Provide all necessary information related to pricing, payment plans, legal documentation, and title deeds.

5. **Sales Targets**:

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for review.

6. **Customer Service**:

- Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure a smooth buying process, including assisting clients with documentation and loan processes.

7. **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Coordinate with legal and technical teams to ensure all documents are accurate and updated.

8. **Compliance and Ethics**:

- Adhere to company policies, real estate laws, and ethical standards in all dealings.
- Ensure transparency in transactions to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,500.42 - ₹33,631.59 per month
