**Business Development Executive Job Summary**
We are seeking an organized, personable, and detail-oriented Sales Person to join our organization to develop the IT & Office Automation business line. You need to work independently to generate leads and take them to the closure. Tasks include, but are not limited to, cold calling, leads generation, leads profiling, scheduling meetings and appointments, follow up with the clients on payment or dispatch, first level profiling of leads, preparing database.
**Office cum Sales Coordinator Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Business growth targets and ensuring they are met.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
**Office Coordinator Requirements and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
- 2+ years work experience in sales, marketing or related field.
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with mínimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
- Organized and detail-oriented
