**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dynamic Sales professional to join our team. The Sales position involves interacting with customers and retailers, providing exceptional service, and driving sales to meet targets.

**Duties**
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Demonstrate product knowledge and assist customers in making informed purchase decisions
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, restock merchandise, and arrange displays
- Operate cash registers, handle transactions accurately, and process payments
- Utilize phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries or taking orders
- Implement upselling techniques to increase sales revenue
- Supervise and train junior sales staff when necessary

**Skills**
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Proficiency in selling techniques and product knowledge
- Experience in stock management and maintaining inventory levels
- Familiarity with cash register operations and handling transactions
- Upselling skills to promote additional products or services
- Understanding of retail math for pricing and discounts
- Capability in supervising and guiding junior team members

Pay: ₹7,000.00 per month
