**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems, servers, and networks.
- Monitor and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and data backups.
- Maintain IT documentation - including asset records, access logs, and change reports.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement and support services.
- Provide technical support and training to team members when required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience as an IT/System Administrator.
- Good understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and firewall management.
- Experience with Azure Products.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.

**Preferred**:

- Certifications such as ITIL.
- Experience with cloud platforms or virtualization tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- IT support: 5 years (required)
- IT management: 3 years (required)
- Document management(IT): 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

License/Certification:

- ITIL Certification (preferred)
