**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities: IT System Administration (80%)**
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and system software (Windows, Linux, etc.)
- Manage user accounts, access controls, backups, and system logs
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues
- Implement security measures including firewalls, antivirus, and endpoint protection
- Manage virtualization tools (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud environments (AWS, Azure)
- Maintain IT documentation and ensure system compliance with internal policies
- Provide technical support for employees and liaise with external vendors
- Oversee software licenses, hardware inventory, and procurement of IT assets
- Implement disaster recovery and backup plans
- Automate routine tasks through scripting (PowerShell, Bash, etc.)

**Office Administration (20%)**
- Support general office operations including supplies management, office equipment, and maintenance coordination
- Coordinate with HR or management on workspace planning and employee IT needs
- Maintain office records and assist in organizing internal meetings or events
- Serve as point-of-contact for facility-related issues and external service providers
- Ensure office safety protocols and IT compliance standards are upheld

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of system and server administration (Windows/Linux)
- Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
- Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Hands-on with cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.)
- Solid understanding of networking protocols, firewalls, and VPNs
- Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, Python - bonus)
- Backup and recovery tools (Veeam, Acronis, etc.)
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSA, CompTIA, AWS, Azure) are a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Volunteer

Pay: ₹11,636.72 - ₹30,000.00 per month
