**Job Description - Digital Marketing Coordinator**

**About Medhavi Skills University**:
Medhavi Skills University (MSU) is a government notified and UGC, DGT & NSDC recognised Skills University of North East India, which has been established with the passage of the Medhavi Skills University Act 2021 by the Sikkim State Government. MSU is promoted by a group of IIT / IIM Alumni with a vision to bring convergence of the skilling ecosystem with the higher education tracks by promoting in-demand Skill Integrated Higher Education linked to Employability and career progression. MSU is the first of its kind pioneering university model where corporates/ industries are the stakeholders and influencers in curriculum design, programme delivery and for providing practical skills training via on-the-job training opportunities.

**Overview of the role**:
We’re searching for a capable Digital Marketing Coordinator to help us support and improve our digital marketing efforts. Tracking campaign progress, developing various digital marketing materials, sourcing images and artwork, collating content, updating online assets, and handling general digital marketing activities are all responsibilities of the digital marketing coordinator. Your creative thinking talents and methods will be critical in driving our digital story, increasing our organization’s image, strengthening client digital communication, and stimulating company growth through effective campaigns.

**Digital Marketing Coordinator Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Providing support for Digital Marketing Activities.
- Providing support to the Digital Marketing Team & Co-ordinate between the team members.
- Get specific requirements regarding a particular project from the Manager then co-ordinate with the Graphics Designer & content creators & videographers to edit, modify & complete the process.
- Guide & help the team in case of any confusion during brainstorming ideas for a specific project.
- Check all the assignments done by the team members & help to edit & modify the sample for the best outcome.
- Creating and editing marketing materials.
- Negotiating sponsorship agreements.
- Researching market trends.
- Locating and interacting with merchants.
- Organizing promotional activities.
- Content creating and sourcing for digital platforms.
- Improving your search engine optimization.

**Digital Marketing Coordinator Requirements**:

- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field is required.
- On the social media scene.
- CMS expertise is required.
- SEO/SMO knowledge is required.
- Excellent copywriting and copyediting skills.
- Exceptionally well-organized.
- Strong computer literacy is required.
- Experience in project management.
- Strong focus on the details.
- Understanding of web analytics.
- Excellent presentation abilities.

**Compensation**:
Annual Gross from 2.4 - 3 Lacs per annum. Incentives and bonuses are separate.

Location: Kolkata (Salt Lake, Sec - 3)

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
