Project Co-ordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support project planning, execution, and delivery across various initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate between teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of projects by coordinating tasks, resources, and timelines.
  • Serve as the point of contact between project clients and team members
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and presentations.
  • Track project progress, identify risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders regularly.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenditures to ensure financial compliance.
  • Support project managers in resource allocation and scheduling.
  • Ensure adherence to project management processes, standards, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain smooth project execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana, Jira).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple priorities under deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills:

  • Project Management certification (CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2 Foundation, or similar) is an advantage.
  • Experience in managing IT, marketing, or operations-related projects.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and changing priorities.
