We currently have an exciting opportunity of a Training Sales Advisor in our Organization

About the role

The Global Training business is BSI’s fastest growing business area with a mission to be the world’s most trusted training provider for embedding excellence and expertise in individuals to ensure organizations performance better, reduce risk and grow sustainably by providing best in class content delivery, delegate experience and post-course support. This role offers significant responsibility and challenge, with ownership to co-ordinate and support the delivery of the trainings, for both public and in-house training events to budget. Plan and execute scheduled events to BSI Training commercial best practice KPIs and standard of excellence for customer delivery.

About You

In your role as Training Coordinator you will:

- Operate the administrative systems and procedures required to support the training business to ensure the department runs efficiently and delivers to BSI’s standards of customer excellence
- Maintains and works to BSI’s standard of customer excellence whilst understanding the need to manage cost and achieve budgeted accounts
- Review continually open course occupancy and take action to protect course profitability as appropriate
- Manage the flow of documentation and correspondence of the department's complaints/compliments system to ensure the process operates effectively

Employ BSI’s best practice training systems technology to deliver to BSI standard of customer excellence, including correct usage of Salesforce
- Monitor and continually improve the efficiency and effectiveness of all administrative processes
- Ensure that all contractual relationships with key suppliers are maintained continually reviewed and improved in the interests of BSI and its customers
- Plan and coordinate venues to meet forward events schedule requirements, including online/virtual trainings
- Coordinate tutor schedules to ensure delivery of courses
- Tutor qualification maintenance
- Compliance to overall global and regional policy & procedures
- Co-ordinating with regional Training Sales advisor and Sales team

Act as a brand Ambassador for BSI. This means acting ethically, following company rules and promoting BSI services to clients so they are able to optimize business performance and “Make Excellence a Habit”.
