Job Description For Sales and Marketing Profile

We are pioneer in Bridge bearings, Expansion joints and building seismic joints & other

heavy steel works and our Manufacturing unit at Bhopal (MP).

Experience in the field of OEM sales/business development to infrastructure development companies.

He should have good contacts and relationship with top highway construction

companies and reputed builders. He must have experience of dealing with the officials of

government departments like NHAI, PWDs, State RDCs etc. Should be well versed with

concessionaire agreement, online tendering process, change of scope.

1) job responsibilities would be to familiarizing yourself with all products and services

offered by our company.

2) Procuring new clients through direct contact, cold calling, and collaboration with the

marketing department. Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to

ensure that they are retained.

3) Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.

4) Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.

Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices. Other responsibilities will be

to maintain and develop good Client Relationship,

5) support the work of Marketing Managers, developing sales strategies and marketing

campaigns, promoting products,

6) Market Research, chase all new Enquiries and convert them to orders, manage after-sales

and facilitate payments from the clients’

Skill: Required minimum 2 yrs. maximum 10 yrs. in marketing of building products like waterproofing, expansion joints etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
