**Job Title**: Telecaller - Jewelry Showroom

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team at a prestigious jewelry showroom located in Bopal, Ahmedabad. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to promote our exquisite range of jewelry products and services.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce them to our jewelry collections and special offers.

2. Provide detailed information about our products, including features, materials, and pricing.

3. Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries or concerns regarding our jewelry.

4. Maintain a database of customer information and ensure all interactions are logged accurately.

5. Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest in our products but have not made a purchase.

6. Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments or visits for interested customers.

7. Meet weekly and monthly targets for call volumes, conversions, and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role, preferably in the jewelry industry.

2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a pleasant and professional phone demeanor.

3. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to effectively promote products and close sales over the phone.

4. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

5. Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.

6. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or customer service is a plus.

7. Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi languages is required; knowledge of English is preferred.
