**Job Title**: Female Content Creator & Social Media Executive
**Location**: Gaur City Mall Offices, Noida Extension
**Type**: Full-Time
**Salary**: 10,000 to 15,000 per month

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Content Creation**:

- Shoot and create engaging styling videos featuring our jewelry collections.
- Film and edit daily content, including product reviews and promotional videos.
- Talk about our products in videos, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
- **Influencer Outreach**:

- Reach out to 30 influencers daily for collaborations.
- Coordinate with influencers, pack their parcels, and ensure timely delivery.
- Track parcels and follow up with influencers for content and feedback.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Plan, schedule, and post content daily across social media platforms.
- Monitor and engage with the audience through comments, DMs, and mentions.
- Track social media performance and suggest improvements to increase engagement and reach.
- **Operations & Coordination**:

- Assist in packaging and dispatching influencer parcels.
- Keep detailed records of collaborations and track deliverables from influencers.
- Work with the team to brainstorm creative campaign ideas for social media and product launches.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Comfortable being on camera and creating styling videos.
- Strong communication and video editing skills.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and tools like Canva or CapCut.
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh content ideas.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience working with an e-commerce brand.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and collaboration processes.
- Familiarity with packaging and shipping processes.
