**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans: Create comprehensive and age-appropriate lesson plans that develop students' speech, acting, and dramatic skills.

Teach speech and drama techniques: Provide instruction on voice modulation, articulation, public speaking, acting techniques, and stage presence.

Encourage creative expression: Foster a positive environment that encourages students to explore their creativity, build self-confidence, and express themselves through drama.

Prepare students for performances: Guide students in preparing for school performances, recitals, or competitions, with a focus on stage etiquette and presentation skills.

Foster positive relationships: Build strong, supportive relationships with students and their families, encouraging involvement in performances and school activities.

Promote performing arts: Participate in school events and promote the importance of speech and drama within the school community.

**Qualifications**:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching speech and drama to children.

Certifications: A recognized qualification in Speech, Drama, Performing Arts, or Theatre Studies is preferred.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of speech and drama techniques, performance skills, and theatrical production.

Communication skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.

Leadership skills: Strong leadership and motivational abilities to inspire and guide students in creative endeavors.

Passion: A true passion for the performing arts and a commitment to helping young students build confidence and creativity.
