**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:1. Lesson Planning & Curriculum Delivery**
- Develop and implement an engaging **Speech and Drama curriculum** tailored to different age groups.
- Conduct classes focusing on **speech clarity, articulation, voice modulation, intonation, and pronunciation**.
- Teach **acting techniques, character development, improvisation, and stage presence**.
- Integrate storytelling, poetry recitation, mime, and role-playing into lessons.
- Design activities that enhance **public speaking, debating, creative expression, and confidence-building**.
- Foster an appreciation for **theater, literature, and performing arts**.

**2. Student Engagement & Performance Training**
- Encourage **imaginative thinking, creativity, and expressive skills** in students.
- Train students in **dialogue delivery, monologues, dramatic readings, and skit presentations**.
- Prepare students for **school productions, competitions, debates, storytelling contests, and elocution events**.
- Conduct **drama workshops, theater exercises, and stage rehearsals**.
- Support students in overcoming **stage fear and improving their communication abilities**.

**3. Theatrical Productions & Event Coordination**
- Direct and coordinate **school plays, musical productions, and drama showcases**.
- Manage **script selection, set design, costumes, and lighting** for performances.
- Organize **annual drama festivals, literary events, and inter-school competitions**.
- Collaborate with music, dance, and art teachers to create **multi-disciplinary productions**.

**4. Student Assessment & Development**
- Evaluate student progress in **public speaking, voice modulation, and acting skills**.
- Provide **constructive feedback and personalized coaching** to help students improve.
- Identify **talented students** and mentor them for higher-level performances and competitions.
- Maintain student records, participation logs, and performance assessment reports.

**5. Classroom & Behavior Management**
- Create a **positive and inclusive classroom environment** that encourages free expression.
- Develop team-building exercises that **enhance collaboration and self-confidence**.
- Implement techniques to **help students manage stage anxiety and develop resilience**.

**6. Parent & Community Engagement**
- Communicate with parents regarding **student progress, upcoming performances, and areas of improvement**.
- Organize **parent-student drama workshops** and public speaking sessions.
- Encourage parent involvement in **school theater productions and literary events**.

**7. Professional Development & Collaboration**
- Stay updated with **current theater trends, public speaking strategies, and drama teaching methodologies**.
- Attend **educational seminars, theater workshops, and professional training programs**.
- Work collaboratively with **other educators, school management, and external drama professionals**.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
