We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced English Speech and Drama Trainer to join our team. As a Speech and Drama Trainer, you will be responsible for teaching students the skills needed to excel in speech and drama competitions, as well as to develop their confidence, self-esteem, and communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver effective English speech and drama lessons, programs and workshops for students of all ages and levels.
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with students' needs, interests, and abilities.
- Teach students proper techniques for speaking, articulating, projecting, and expressing themselves effectively.
- Organize and conduct regular assessments and evaluations of students' progress.Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their skills and performance.
- Prepare students for intra-school, inter-school and district level speech and drama competitions.
- Collaborate with other trainers, teachers, and staff to ensure that students are receiving a well-rounded education.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and their parents/guardians.
