Operations Executive

Evabot is looking for an Operations Executive who would be responsible for ensuring our customers get the right gifts and enjoy the gifting experience they deserve. This role would require closely working with the Operations Manager, Merchandising and Warehouse teams. The role holder would also interact with clients to understand and resolve any issues that they could be facing w.r.t gifts or shipping charges.
**This is a **remote role** with **US west coast timings (9 pm IST to 5 am IST)**.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Review and select Gifts for customers through our system before the packing stage
- Actively participate and coordinate with the Merchandising team on best Gift combinations for different budgets and preferences
- Actively review customer ratings on gift experience and products
- Coordinate with packers to ensure gifts are processed seemingly and on time
- Follow up on client branded merchandise and checking them in the system
- Contact clients on issues with their gifts or extra shipping charges
- Perform other duties as required
Job Requirements:
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Self-motivated and willingness to learn new tasks
- Multitasker and ability to switch gears within the operations department to handle different task
- Ability to survive in a dynamic work environment with no or little help
