**A. Recruitment**:
3. Provide input to ensure that teams consist of diverse, qualified individuals
4. Ensure that staffing needs are being met with a long-term strategy in mind
5. Devise and implement sourcing strategies, such as an employer branding initiative, to build pipelines for potential applicants
7. Measure employee retention and turnover rates
**B. Joining & Exit Formalities**:
8. Completing joining formalities on the same day of joining by collecting required set of documents and other details.
9. Explaining new joiners about the company’s various employees related policies such as : Leave policy, expense policy, PF & ESIC rules(If deductions to be made)
10. Appointment letter to be shared to all the new joiners after 10 days of their joining and receive back the signed appointment letter with the nomination form followed by Form 11
11. Responsible for the preparation of letters, including but not limited to letters of appointment, confirmation, promotion, etc.
12. Share the new Joiners details & Documents with Mumbai HR team to further generate employee code user id and password.
13. Created details to be shared with new joiner at earliest.
14. Update Employee Master list.
15. Coordinating with new joining employees and getting their Bank account opened (if they are willing to in HDFC)
16. To maintain Left employees data i.e (Resigned / Absconded and Terminated employees)and share the left employees details on the very same day.
**C. Daily Work Routine**:
17. Coordination with Vadodara locations Employees for understanding their issues, maintaining tracker mentioning their concerns and then connecting with Mumbai HR team or HOD for further resolution.
18. Maintaining daily leave records.
19. Responsible for staff leave and entitlement.
20. Attendance Management.
**D. Administrative Work**:
21. Maintain the Stock register - Inward & Outward register and tracker of the office material such as cartridges, label applicator etc.
22. If required then arranging courier person for pick up or if pick up facility not available then going to courier location and placing material courier request (expenses occurred for same can be claimed from office but expense tracker detailed wise has to be maintained)
23. Coordinating with Accounts Department for delivery challan and then send material in courier.
24. Asset Management to be done carefully of Vadodara office as well as employee’s asset.
25. Ensure all records are updated and reports are timely and accurate
26. Design different HR policies as assigned and required for the betterment of organization.
27. Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
28. Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
29. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
