1. Preparation of Bill of Quantities for Interior works from ID drawings.

2. Preparation of cost estimates for Interior

3. Preparation of detailed bill of quantities and costing for fit-out projects

4. Maintaining vendor data base, meeting new material vendors, and aiding design team with materials and vendors

5. Floating enquiries, techno-commercial review of vendor/sub-contractor quotations, preparation of comparative statement and advising the management to hire appropriate sub-contractor while practicing adequate due diligence.

6. Taking part in bidding process for Interior fit-out projects and managing the commercial side of the project including all work packages.

7. Coordinate between Design team and finance for Cash Flow projections to update the management.

8. Prepare Design Fee Proposals in coordination with Design team and management.

9. Maintaining Job Cost Reports for projects

Job requirements

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- BOQ: 5 years (preferred)
