**Responsibilities**:

- Order Receipt:
a. Receive and process orders for refrigerated containers from clients and internal
departments.
b. Verify order details, specifications, and delivery timelines.
- Agreement Preparation:
c. Prepare agreements for the lease, rental, or service of refrigerated containers.
d. Collaborate with legal and sales teams to ensure agreements comply with
company policies and legal requirements.
e. Facilitate approval and signing processes.
- Thorough Check and Internal Documentation:
f. Conduct thorough checks and verification of all documentation related to
container orders and agreements.
g. Maintain accurate records of agreements, contracts, and related
documentation.
h. Ensure adherence to internal documentation procedures and standards.
- Internal Order Issuance:
i. Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to confirm container availability
and readiness.
j. Generate and issue internal orders promptly and accurately.
k. Inventory allocation
- Dispatch Order Issuance:
l. Issue dispatch orders for refrigerated containers based on confirmed orders and
internal processes.
m. Coordinate with transportation and operations teams to schedule dispatches.
n. Ensure timely and eƯicient dispatches while maintaining quality standards.
- Customer Coordination:
o. Act as a primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, changes,
and inquiries.
p. Provide updates on order progress and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
- Quality Assurance:

q. Ensure all containers dispatched meet quality standards and customer
specifications.
r. Conduct inspections and quality checks as required before dispatch.

**Key Performance Indicators** (KPIs):
a) End-to-End Operational EƯiciency:
b) Accuracy and timeliness of order processing from receipt to dispatch.
c) Compliance rate of documentation and agreement preparation.
d) On-time issuance of internal and dispatch orders.
e) Customer satisfaction ratings related to order fulfillment and communication.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in operations coordination, preferably in logistics or
container management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS OƯice (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with ERP
systems is advantageous.
