Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with the production of food products, including measuring and mixing ingredients, preparing recipes, and following established procedures to ensure consistent quality.
- Operate and clean equipment used in the production process, such as mixers, ovens, and cutting machines.
- Ensure that products are produced on time and meet quality standards.
- Assist with inventory management, including counting stock and ordering supplies as needed.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety and quality of products.
- Assist with packaging and labeling of products.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Manager.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in food production or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in measuring and preparing ingredients.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,813.76 - ₹20,000.00 per month
