JOB Summary
we are looking for a creative and analytical SEO & smo Executive. The ideal candidate will be resopnsible for optimizing website content, managing socialmedia PAGES and executing strategies to increase brand awareness and organic reach.
Role and Responsibilities
SEO (Search Engine Optimization):
Conduct thorough keyword research using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to drive traffic to websites.
On-page SEO: Optimize website content (blog posts, landing pages, product descriptions) for targeted keywords.
Off-page SEO: Build backlinks and collaborate with external partners for link-building strategies.
Monitor and analyse website performance through Google Analytics and other SEO tools to track keyword rankings, traffic, and conversions.
Perform regular website audits and make recommendations for improvements in site architecture, content, and user experience (UX).
Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Optimize content for mobile search, improving site speed and enhancing user experience.
SMO (Social Media Optimization):
· Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
· Manage and optimize social media profiles and pages, ensuring consistency and brand representation across all platforms.
· Create, schedule, and post compelling content across social media channels.
· Monitor social media trends and use insights to tailor social media content and campaigns.
· Measure and analyse social media performance, adjusting strategies based on data insights.
· Engage with users by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner.
· Collaborate with the design team to create engaging visuals and graphics for social media campaigns.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SEO Executive or Social Media Manager.
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.).
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with content management systems (WordPress, Wix, etc.).
- Understanding of Google's algorithm updates and SEO best practices.
- Ability to analyze website and social media data to improve performance.
- Creative mindset and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
Experience with paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.).
Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
Experience with email marketing and paid search campaigns.
