Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner - Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics - Identify patients' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives - Seize opportunities to upsell products if they arise - Build sustainable relationships and engage patients by taking the extra mile - Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way - Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets - Feedback collection **Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher **Salary**: ₹16,412.00 - ₹17,564.00 per month **Benefits**: - Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: - Day shift Supplemental pay types: - Commission pay - Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: - Janakpuri, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Education**: - Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred) **Experience**: - total work: 1 year (preferred) - Customer service: 1 year (preferred) **Language**: - Hindi (preferred) - English (preferred)
