**Qualification & Experience**:

- Bachelors Degree in Hotel Management from an accredited institution
- Preferred - Masters or Post Graduate Diploma in Hospitality Management
- Minimum 8 - 10 Yrs of operational, teaching & training experience
- Meet professional teaching & training education requirements
- Knowledge of IT & Hospitality Software
- Designed & developed Training modules
- Preferably From Delhi / NCR

**Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Curriculum Management
- Design & Development:

- Plan, conceptualise & prepare instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences
- Identify & select different instructional resources and methods
- Develop schemes of work & lesson plans
- Establish & communicate clear objectives for all learning activities
- Provide a variety of learning materials and resources for use in educational activities
- Program Management
- Use relevant technology for scheduling & monitoring
- Develop and liaise with external educational & training institutions
- Source, Train, lead, motivate & guide faculty members across locations
- Provide appropriate feedback
- Encourage and monitor the progress of the vertical
- Maintain & update all necessary records accurately as required by educational institutions
- External Stakeholders
- Liaise with the industry for Training & Placement of students
- Coordinate with the educational institutions for student registrations, examinations, certifications etc.

**Salary**: ₹80,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pitampura, New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
