For our Learning & Development team, we are looking for a Jr Global Trainer & Learning Specialist to design, develop and deliver tailored soft skills training programs for employees across the globe. The overall objective of this role will be to support the development of our colleagues, enhance their skills, increase their knowledge, and enable them to be successful in their role, team and organization.

You will be involved in impacting our organizational learning culture, in driving a continuous growth mindset and shaping new development opportunities for our employees.

This role is based in India, but the training programs are delivered globally.

**Responsibilties**:

- Understand the company’s business needs and develop learning activities and training programs required to grow and enhance skills and knowledge for our global employees using a variety of mediums (online platforms, engagement tools or live sessions).
- Update and deliver existing soft skills training programs to all levels of seniority at a global level in line with adult learning theory and in a broad variety of mediums (live, virtual, e-learning);
- Make use of our authoring tool or other tools to create new training materials and videos or to update existing ones to ensure that they are easy to understand, organized and in line with both company policies and latest trends in the learning industry.
- Manage and organize the logistics for the training sessions delivered (by yourself, other experts, external training providers or learning platforms): liaise with training vendors and managers; setup and schedule the sessions (live/ virtual), invite/ assign and notify employees; track attendance and feedback results.
- Manage and leverage our online learning platforms to ensure a great learning experience for our employees: user account management and creation, learning reports and tracking, course recommendations, course creation and organization in the learning management system.
- Build relationships with internal clients (stakeholders, SMEs, HR and employees) to collaborate on creating new learning programs or to support them in developing technical skills training programs.
- Be involved in organizing employee engagement activities coordinated at a local or global level.

**Required Skill Set**:

- Interest and motivation in delivering soft skills training programs globally;
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication/ Marketing/ HR/ Administration/ Educational sciences/ Psychology (or equivalent domain);
- Knowledge of adult learning theories and training programs design;
- Experience in using authoring tools or video editing tools is appreciated.
- Impactful communication and facilitation skills in English;
- Good presentation skills and confident in public speaking;
- Good planning skills, attention to details and flexibility;
- Interest in self-development and continuous learning;
